RRC NAUTIC: A NEW GENERATION OF WOMA SURFACE PREPARATION TOOLS
VERSATILE IN USE, HIGHLY EFFICIENT.
The RRC Nautic series is a surface preparation tool specially developed for cleaning and stripping vertical or inclined surfaces in the marine industry. It is particularly suitable for treating rusty areas, paint stripping and surface preparation.
Applications
■ Cleaning:
removal of dirt, seaweed and marine growth from the ship‘s hull (up to 600 bar)
■ Decoating/Paint Stripping:
removing old layers of paint and varnish in preparation for repainting
■ Surface preparation:
preparation of surfaces for the application of anti-corrosion coatings


■ Always the best possible setting: individual support arm segments can be exchanged for others and twisted together using the flanges
■ Suitable for mounting on loading arms, dockside arms, aerial work platforms and device carriers
■ Modular product design: complete assembly as well as arm and cleaning unit also available separately
■ Infinitely adjustable rotation speed (500 to 3,000 rpm)
■ Standards for surface preparation:
-SA 1-1.5 up to 1,500 bar
- SA 2-2.5 up to 3,200 bar
■ Optimised extraction efficiency: No dirty water emissions thanks to CFD (flow simulation) simulated housing design
■ Rotating bushings and nozzle elements arranged parallel to the direction of movement
■ Flexible adaptation of the removal tool to changing surfaces for optimised cleaning and removal results
■ Service-friendly design concept, simple servicing and maintenance without special tools
