Whether commissioning, product training, materials technology, safety aspects or maintenance and repair – WOMA provides courses in all areas of water jet technology. Also on your premises.
To ensure that the high economic efficiency of our systems can be directly exploited to your benefit, the operating personnel should be very familiar with the WOMA technology from the very start. We train your personnel in all aspects of modern high-pressure water jet systems using clear explanations and practical exercises.
Course structure
The training program is structured in BASIC, ADVANCED and EXPERT modules. It is strongly recommended to proceed in sequence. Within each category the prerequisites, the performance levels and the desired learning objectives are different:
- BASIC
Theoretical basics and overview of ultra high-pressure applications in different target groups. Basis to understand the UHP-world. Assistance and supervision by WOMA is required.
- ADVANCED
Stabilisation of the basic training and enlarge upon different topics. Assistance in different projects is required.
- EXPERT
Specialist knowledge to operate without assistance.
Terms and registrations
- Course fee: On demand. The course fee includes meals and training materials.
- Travel expenses: All travel and hotel costs have to be beared by the participant (resp. the subsidiary/dealer).
- Registration and cancellation: Registrations to our courses need to be received 4 weeks before the training at the latest. We reserve the right to cancel any training up to 2 weeks before the start date. You will receive a confirmation of your participation 2 weeks before the start date.

Duration: 2,5 days, training hours: first day 13:00-17:00, rest 9:00-17:00

Training objectives: Consolidation of the Basic-Training, special applications

- Amortisation calculation

Product EXPERT Training
Target group: Sales employees
Duration: 2,5 days, training hours first day 13:00-17:00, rest 9:00-17:00
Requirement for participation: WOMA Product ADVANCED Training
Training objectives: Consolidation of the Advanced-Training, special applications

- Resume and deepening UHP basics
- Special UHP-knowledge

- Tools and methods for complex sales

Service BASIC Training
Target group: Service technicians and employees of the technical staff
Duration: 2,5 days, training hours: 1. day 13:00 - 17:00, then each day 9:00 – 17:00

Service ADVANCED Training pumps
Target group: Service technicians and employees of the technical staff
Duration: 3 days, training hours each day 9:00 – 17:00
Requirement for participation: WOMA Service BASIC Training
Training objectives: Practical knowledge to service and repair special UHP-pumps of different WOMA pump types
Content:
- Assembly / disassembly of specified pump types, regulation valve and safety valve
- Use of special tools
- Trouble shooting and remedies
Certificate: Confirmation of participation
Service ADVANCED Training accessories
Target group: Service technicians and employees of the technical staff
Duration: 3 days, training hours each day 9:00 – 17:00
Requirement for participation: WOMA Service BASIC Training
Training objectives: Practical knowledge to service and repair different WOMA water tools and accessories
Content:
- Assembly / disassembly of standard water tools and accessories
- Use of special tools
- Trouble shooting and remedies
Certificate: Confirmation of participation
Service EXPERT Training
Target group: Service technicians and employees of the technical staff
Duration: 3 days, training hours each day 9:00 – 17:00
Requirement for participation: WOMA Service ADVANCED Training pumps and accessories
Training objectives: Practical knowledge to service and repair special UHP-systems of different WOMA pump types
Content:
- Analysis of motor, pump, controller etc.
- Settings and safety inspections
- Use of special tools
- Trouble shooting and remedies
