The WTA Eco water treatment system is an addition to sludge removal systems or sediment basins for water jet cutting systems. The system ensures the waste water discharge quality is within the limits and thus complies with the increased statutory requirements for waste water quality.

The WTA Eco system is particularly suitable for waste water containing suspended matter, insoluble heavy metals or oil admixtures in small quantities. These additives can occur when cutting specific materials using extremely fine-grained abrasives and very thick or hard types of material. The fine dirt particles are bound by the waste water being injected with an especially developed and reliable flocculent. A second fluid stabilizes the PH-value. The flocculated water is subsequently passed to a sand filter in which even the smallest, heaviest sedimenting particles of solid and suspended matter residues or tiny oil drops (emulsions) are deposited. Discharging wastewater directly into the sewerage system without treating it suitably runs the risk of the water cutting system being shut down immediately. Leading to high costs as a result of the total production stoppage, there is also the risk of incurring a fine. The WTA Eco water treatment system provides an uncomplicated and swift solution that fulfils the statutory provisions on the discharge of wastewater.
