EcoMaster MK4

The new EcoMaster MK4 sets new standards in terms of efficiency and reliability. As the successor to the MK3, it offers a longer service life  and significant cost savings thanks to the use of the MX pump generation. Experience maximum performance of up to 3,000 bar for concrete repair, paint stripping and more - flexible and service-friendly for every application.

EcoMaster MK4: the compact and powerful ultra high-pressure pump unit for maintenance, refurbishment and removal

The EcoMaster MK4 sets new standards in terms of efficiency, reliability and ease of servicing for mobile ultra-high pressure units. As a consistent further development and successor to the tried-and-tested EcoMaster MK3, it has been optimised from the ground up to guarantee outstanding performance even under the most demanding conditions.

Greater efficiency thanks to the new MX pump generation

At the heart of the EcoMaster MK4 is the new MX pump generation. The efficiency of our tried-and-tested pump technology has been significantly increased thanks to further technical developments. This leads to a significant increase in service life, longer service life and longer maintenance intervals. The result: noticeable time and cost savings in operation.

Performance and versatility for professional applications

The reliable ultra-high pressure unit is available with operating pressures of 2,200, 2,750 and 3,000 bar. It was explicitly developed for a wide range of demanding tasks. While concrete refurbishment and surface preparation are classic areas of application, the EcoMaster MK4 is equally impressive when it comes to stripping paint from ships and cutting a wide range of materials in tough industrial applications. Its versatility makes it an indispensable partner for professionals who expect maximum performance and reliability.

The EcoMaster MK4 is used as a mobile 2-axle trailer and is powered by an economical Volvo diesel engine (EU Stage 3A / US EPA Tier 3 or EU Stage V), making it a flexible and powerful solution.

Intelligent control and maximum ease of servicing

The easy-to-understand WOMATIC 4 control system with operating status monitoring, pressure/speed control and unpressurised circulation ensures high operational reliability, low wear, long service life and minimised fuel consumption.

Another decisive advantage of the EcoMaster MK4 is its service-orientated design. The modular design and optimised accessibility to all maintenance and service parts result in less downtime and therefore lower maintenance costs. In addition, the vibration-free base frame and more storage space offer further comfort and efficiency in daily use.

Volvo engine

Powerful, reliable and fuel efficient drive

All EcoMaster MK4 are equipped with the powerful, reliable and fuel efficient off-road Volvo Diesel Engines.

Low exhaust emission
The chosen engine design combined with optimized DPF/SCR technology ensures the compliance with EU Stage V emissions. Alternatively a EU Stage 3A (US EPA Tier 3) engine is also available.

Unit controller

Central Control Unit: Interface for hydraulic and digital system processes

The unit is operated via a modern and intuitive control with a 4,3" display.

With integrated SPS and CAN master capability, this is the
perfect solution for high-pressure applications that require an innovative control and visualisation system.

Remote Control

Radio Remote Control: Robost and ergonomic

The radio remote control offers maximum operating comfort based on the latest technology and is suitable for use with diesel-powered high-pressure units. It has a radio range of up to 300 m and an operating time of up to 8 hours.

The intuitive graphical user interface offers the highest level of operating comfort: in addition to displaying the operating parameters and any fault messages that occur, it also enables bidirectional communication with the high-pressure unit.

Further information on radio remote control can be found here (PDF document).
