EcoMaster MK3
The EcoMaster MK3 is a compact, high-performance unit for the maintenance of large structures and industrial plants, but also for many other applications in the industry, in the maritime sector, in the construction industry as well as in municipial services. The ultra high-pressure water jet unit is designed as a mobile trailer with an economic diesel engine.

This ultra-high-pressure water jetting unit EcoMaster MK3 is designed on a mobile 2-axle trailer with an economical Volvo EU Stage 3A (US EPA Tier 3) or EU Stage V diesel engine.
Efficient and reliable
The reliable ultra-high-pressure unit is available with operating pressures from 2.500, 2.800 and 3.000 bar. It was specifically designed for the removal of coating and concrete refurbishment, as well as for the separation and cutting of various materials in the harshest industrial operating conditions.
The easy to understand WOMATIC 4-Control with operational status monitoring, pressure-rpm regulation and pressureless circulation ensures high operational safety, low wear and tear, long service life, and last but not least, minimal fuel consumption.

The EcoMaster MK3 is equipped with the reliable high-pressure plunger pump Type 190M or Type 250M. This gives you the choice to choose the perfect pump performance for your requirements.
The High-Pressure Plunger Pump Type 190M offers the following performance parameters:
- 2.500 bar | 26 l/min
- 2.800 bar | 20 l/min
- 3.000 bar | 18 l/min
The High-Pressure Plunger Pump Type 250M offers the following performance parameters:
- 2.500 bar | 32 l/min
- 2.800 bar | 25 l/min
- 3.000 bar | 21 l/min

Powerful, reliable and fuel efficient drive
All EcoMaster MK3 are equipped with the powerful, reliable and fuel efficient off-road Volvo Diesel Engines.
Low exhaust emission
The chosen engine design combined with optimized DPF/SCR technology ensures the compliance with EU Stage V emissions. Alternatively a EU Stage 3A (US EPA Tier 3) engine is also available.
Central Control Unit: Interface for hydraulic and digital system processes
The unit is operated via a modern and intuitive control with a 4,3" display.
With integrated SPS and CAN master capability, this is the
perfect solution for high-pressure applications that require an innovative control and visualisation system.
Radio Remote Control: Robost and ergonomic
The radio remote control offers maximum operating comfort based on the latest technology and is suitable for use with diesel-powered high-pressure units. It has a radio range of up to 300 m and an operating time of up to 8 hours.
The intuitive graphical user interface offers the highest level of operating comfort: in addition to displaying the operating parameters and any fault messages that occur, it also enables bidirectional communication with the high-pressure unit.
